Equity & Inclusion Statement

In support of the core values of ACPA – College Student Educators International, the Massachusetts College Personnel Association (MCPA) actively celebrates and supports the core values of Equity and Inclusion of our parent/umbrella organization. As a result, we’ve adopted our own Equity and Inclusion Statement that promises that we will not discriminate against members because of race, age, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, disability, marital status, veteran status, or political affiliation. Because of the recognized importance of our members, colleagues, sponsors, etc.
MCPA welcomes the collective efforts and talents of all in our effort to provide intentional and purposeful programs and professional development opportunities. In addition, MCPA will integrate this statement and its meaning into the strategic plan of the organization.
